Name of company/service: timtara
I purchased a product on www.timtara.com(online shopping portal) on 21 jan 2013 with Order Order #10387658 almost 3 months and still I didn’t received the product and awaiting for shipment.
Regarding the same I called customer care more than a million times and made lot of complaints(Ref No.57190, 56926) but no one responded for single. And also escalated through email but no one responded.
Because of delay in shipment I wasted money calling customer care which is an ISD call and also wasted my prominent time, finally I requested for cancellation to refund my money. But that is also pending.
Finally I am registering complaint in ICF for making me happy in this case by filling my loss. And also I want ICF to screw the Timtara online shopping Service and related responsible people. Not only that and also teach them lesson to not continue these kind of cheap and fraud tricks for earning money from customers.
