complaint against timesjobs on misuse of my account

I am menaka P G from bangalore. some representative from timesjobs called me and told about the service they offer so i accepted the service resume zapper with india and i accepted to pay money but due to some problem i was not able to pay so he told me that he will only pay i gave my number.. instead of paying for that he has paid for other services also so i want my money to be refunded and i am in some problem. i called customer care and representative of timesjobs but of no use they are not responding properly already 2 weeks over but still no reply. If i called to the people of timesjobs they are cancelling my call. i need this to be done as early as possible..
