I have taken internet connection from tikona broadband past back two years that is on 15 Oct 2010 service id id 1102257395 while taking connection they told me that they collect bill personally. Due to technical problem I have disconnected the internet connection informed customer care people and also i have sent mail for this thing. And informed no of times to collect the bill by getting hard copy. but even for 3 to 4 month they dint came to me. We have shifted to other place i also informed that to tikona people to collect the bill by getting hard copy. This thing happened past back 2years.
Today i have received a call from one person and he informed me that he is government lawyer from Delhi court sumeet chaudhary mobile number 9636728562. He mentioned that i should pay the amount within in 2 hours other he will give that case to magistrate and it will be fined to one lakh rupees. After this i have called tikona customer care people and informed that i got call from lawyer regarding bill. I told person regarding bill he apologies me and told me to pay bill and he has give me address to pay bill that is Mac technologies add : 2-1-392/1/16a gayathri mandir,beside railway bridge,tilaknagar,nallakunta,hyderabad. ph no 04027677585.i have called the number twice and i get reply their number doesn’t exist at all .even i went to given address by person to pay the bill there no office at all given address .i have called the customer care people told her what ever the address they given from their i am calling, that there no office exit at all. Even this thing i have informed the lawyer sumeet chaudhary delhi court mobile number is 9636728562. Now i got doubt whether he correct person or not is he bluffing me by saying government lawyer of tikona broadband.
Is this way tikona broadband collecting bill by sending lawyer notice?
