Dear Sir,
I Dattaraj Sabnis here by want to inform you that i am being harrassed by a cellular services provider company called Reliance Communications.I am using their post paid portable internet services bearing no: 7483129846. I had paid the bill online for Rs.2571 on Sunday,22/07/2012 at around 11.45am (Please find the payment reciept in the form of attachment along with this mail) and i was told by the Reliance Communications employee named IRFAN that the sevices will be activated within 3 hours time.When the same did not happen then i called again the company’s call center and i had a word with SALMAN ALI, who wrote a complaint bearing complaint no.183685874 related to start the services of my data card and was assured that it will be started within 3 hours time.But to even worsen the fact the services to my data card did not start till 7pm .I called back again and then again i was told the same by SANDEEP from Reliance Communications .when i asked the guy to hand over the phone to his superior he just hung up the phone. I want to file a complaint against them as the services have not yet been restored and i have not been able to do my work for which i made the payment. As a result of which my whole day was wasted and i was metally harassed.Kindly help me in resolving my problems and punish the guilty.
