I had recharged my Tata photon #9226070905 12 days ago for Rs 750. Since the past 10 days, everyday I am talking to customer service to allow me to acceess internet. I have been getting PPP terminal error and I get the following response from the customer service ki madam aapka account thik hai, it’s fine. Their technical team confirmed me that there is NO technical glitch with my device. They HAVE MADE MY LIFE MISERABLE. My rs 750 is going down the drain as it’s validity is just for a month. The customer service is rude and takes the consumer for a spin. I know that the problem is from their side and yet they refuse to acknowledge my existence. I tried several times to write a complaint on their website and it’s not even user friendly and am unable to do so. How many customer service people do i need to speak with to get the services I paid for?
