Name of company/service: Shir Khandelwal Store
We stay in AWHO colony, Ambabari Jaipur (Rajasthan). A shopkeeper (Shop name: Khandelwal) near our colony behaved terribly with 2 to 3 of our complaints. At first he gave rotten and expired eatable items. It seems he mostly keep expired stuff in his shop. When we tried to return it he said “ITS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY” neither he exchanged the items nor did he refund our money. Which should have been done, as Government of India says so.
It was very shocking and upsetting for us not only the whole event but also his rude, arrogant and irresponsible behaviour towards consumers.
I am writing this to you in anticipation of help and strict action to be taken. As not even us, he might be cheating many many consumers who come to his shop.
