That i am a Stamp Vendor in Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi and i am using Laserjet Pro 400 M 401d printer of H.P.
That on 26th June 2013 my printer suddenty got stopped and not powering on. On that day i filed a complaint to HP service centre. They registered my complaint and giving me Ref. No. 4704105033.
That on 29th June 2013 an engineer from H.P. Service Centre came to my office with new part but after installing, he said the new part was also defected and not working and told me to come back with new part within 2 days but till date he or any other engineering from service centre not come to my office.
Therefore, i request you to kindly solve my problem and gave instruction to HP for the same.
