Complaint against Roozgaar.com

Dear Sir/Mam,

I received a call from Roozgaar employee naming Sanjeev Kapoor, on 18.06.2013, saying that my CV has been uploaded for Yes Bank job and its 100% job guarantee. He repeatedly told me that 99% I am selected in Yes Bank only thing is I need to complete one procedure through Roojgaar.com. Then I asked him I never registered in Roozgaar for any job portals and how come I am selected. At this he told me that we tracked ur CV through Naukri.com. After this he told me that I have to pay amount of Rs. 271/- against registration and then it’s done. He made me register and login in Roozgaar and there I saw on payment page the amount was showing Rs.2471/-. Still he was enforcing me to proceed with payment saying that only 271/- will be deducted and rest amount will be deducted after joining YES Bank from my first salary. Still I was not proceeding with the payment, but the way he enforced and convinced me was ridiculous.
After that I spoke to one Mr. Himanshu Mishra, who mentioned that he is Business Head at Roozgaar. He mentioned to me that my full amount will be refunded within 20 days, which is still not paid.
Again on 14-07-2013 I received a call from roojgaar, some Vikas Sharma spoke to me saying that he is from the refund team and will refund me my money which Sanjeev have forcibly made me to pay. This was again same scam case. He also forced me to go to the payment page saying that unless u do not proceed with the payment page, we can’t track your refund procedure. He was repeatedly asking me to believe him, as I was very much worried about roozgaar as earlier I was fooled. Then too I believed him thinking that it might be refund team. Again my 2471/- amount was deducted from my account. Still that person insisted me saying some technical issue hai u again do it. My balance was taken away, my account became nil and hence second time card was not supporting. That fool was telling me to use other bank’s card for getting the refund and again & again he was telling me to do some or the other payments, which later I didn’t, due to fear. I asked them to give me direct credit to my bank account, which he was saying we can’t. Now is this logical?

Kindly take care of my complaint and please do take some serious action against them and make sure i get my total amount of Rs.4942/- refunded. I am really in great loss.
