i bought a reliance netconnect dongle in karwar in which it was stated that i can use 10 gb data free,bt i was denied n was not informed.i had hardly used 2-3gb data only.I tried to contact reliance customer care many times bt they never responded.i am in dismay n very puzled.i want reliance to return back my money or else provide me the 10 gb data that they had promised me while buying that dongle.I am too muxh harressed after buyin this dongle.My reliance dongle num is9341880763 and my contact num is 7676706032.my email id is: [email protected]

9390779661 reliance net connect no…. i just used for mail checking for 1 hr for 5 days after that its not connecting when i ask the customer support says 1.5 gb data has been used. how it would be done……. send me the history of my usage……. Reliance is cheating the people….there is no option to check the balance online and says technical problem.
when we talk to customer care for any details says go and recharge for 100rs balance would be min of 50rs, if the balance is 50 then only he is able to provide any information.
i didnt understand for the data card how 50rs amount of balance would be there. he says that would be used for emergency services.
