Hi ,
I have Reliance prepaid connection which has been barred by Reliance on 29.Oct.2012. I have logged my complain on 01.Nov.2012.
My request no is 190823568 raised by Rashmi. I have received message that YOUR REQUEST WILL BE RESOLVED IN NEXT 2 DAYS.
On 03.No.2012, I have received message that Dear Customer as per your request no 190823568 your problem has been resolved. I checked it back but it was not resolved, I again called *333 and explained everything to customer care executive Rajesh he starting arguing with me that your problem has been resolved that because you have received this message.
When I have raised a query then it will be me only who will inform, it has been solved or not. He again reissue my complain for more 2 days.
Still my problem is not solved. I am facing lots of problem because of this unnecessary activation of Reliance service. I am not able to call and message anybody.
It’s been almost 1 WEEK my problem has not been solved, if this will be the behavior of Reliance then I will definitely switch and aware my friends and relatives any everybody about the services provided by Reliance.
