Dear Concern,
I had recharged My number twice on 1st and 3rd Feb with Rs 255 for 3G 1GB data. On both occasions I had received a message instantly saying “your request could not be processed”. However money was deducted from my account. My money i.e Rs 510 has not yet been refunded despite of several complaints. I am really frustrated and feel cheated. Need your help regarding the same
