Complaint Against Rediff Shopping

I want to register complaint against Rediff Shopping. I had placed an order for Canon Battery Lp-e6. Which is delivered to me and when I opened the product then I got a shock that they have delivered the used product to me with full on scratches. When I called the seller, he said we might have sent you the used product by mistake. I cant believe that how can they send a used product to anyone. Please look into this issue and get my money back. order number: 8030252
