We ordered a sari named Vritika Pink Kalidar Lehenga saree from Starcj alive on 8 September,2012. It paid Rs 2099.
On the day when we received we found that the quality of the dress was poor and not like as it was shown in the TV. We called to their complaint office and they promised us that they would refund us our money. Three months have passed and we have not received our money yet. We complained continuously but they always said that they would return us our money.
We are exhausted of complaining continuously with no fruitful result.
More shocking thing is that this fraud is from reputed Star company.
Please help us!!
