Complaint against poor service by Dell

On 15th of May, I called the Dell helpline to file my complaint. They did some beep test and told me issue will be resolved within 3-4 days of payment. I made the payment at 10:00 am on 16th of may. I did not get a call back as promised by Manisha Chawla.
My parts got replaced on about 30th May. I did not test run as I did not have the Windows.
I installed Windows and it worked for around 12 hours and then hanged and stopped working.
Since then I have been repeatedly calling the helpline for resolving my issue again as they gave a warranty of 3 months.
They did not solve my issue even when I called them almost daily.
Finally on 17th June, Pahul Seth promised that issue will be resolve by tuesday and I won’t have to worry and call them repeatedly.
It is 1st July today, neither I am getting any calls about whereabout of my complaint nor the staff at Dell call centre responding properly. On 28th June, when I called Dell helpline, a certain Ravindra Singh again promised that I will get callback 3 days later which I am yet to get.
It has been 48 days since I made the payment and I am yet to have my issue resolved.
