complaint against poor service

Dear sir

I have procured kent Grand plus RO water purifier+ serial no:KR101107029 on date 09.03.2011 and payment was made to M/s Lokenath Enterprise, authorized dealer of kent Mineral RO at Haldia(Durgachak D block Haldia Purba medinipur) W.B., India. I have taken the taken AMC of Rs 3650 to replace any part of the RO if there is any problem, dtd 23.02.2012 & date of maturity 23.02.2013, for the RO.

The RO is facing the problem in the jack & switch(as told by service person)since December 2012. The system goes down in every 10 days since then and I have to call the service engineer regularly. The service engineer changed the switch but not the jack as it was unavailable with him since then. Every time service engineer came and rectified the existing part and gave excuses that “I don’t have the new jack and I will change the old jack by a new one whenever I receive it from office”. When I informed him that my AMC was going to expire in Feb’2013, he told me that “don’t worry I will change the jack even if the AMC expires” .

The AMC expired on 23.02.2013 and this part (jack), which was giving problem regularly, has not been changed till now. After the AMC expired, I called the service engineer to query about the long pending of the jack and the service engineer told me that he cannot change the jack at all because my AMC has expired. This kind of betrayal from your servicemen ( sh Anoop Bera) was not expected at all for such an petty item from a company as reputed as yours.

I hope you understand the problem and will take necessary action to replace the jack as soon as possible.
