COMPLAINT AGAINST POOR SERVICE

This is to draw the attention towards the negligence of SAMSUNG CO.. I purchased phone on 21 june2009. within 13 days problems occured of touch screen and memory then i sent phone to the companys service centre in moti nagar to MR. MANJEET. they kept the phone with them for near about 2 months. after so many reminder they informed me to collect the phone which i collected but within 10 mins. a new problem of voice occurs then again i give it for repair. now i want you to take strict actions against the responsible authority for their neglegence and i will definately not accept this phone set. i want them to hand over me new phone set immediately’.I am enclosing the work details below. Work Order no. WA 54860913082..dated 15/07/09. Model No. GT -S 5233A. Date of Purchase 21/06/09.
