Name of company/service: Tata Photon
I was a Tata Photon service user for more than one year. My photon no is
9212627845. Unfortunately I lost the device during the month of January.
Since then Tata photon bill gradually increases
to Rs 3256/- and I was unable to pay because the monthly bill inceased to
above Rs 1000/-instead of less than Rs 900/-
which was very much for me to pay. I had informed about this to Customer
care(CC). After all this, a customer
care executive, name was Radhika, told me; – “if you pay Rs 2000/- , all
your amount will be cleared and you will get a new device
free and whatever plan you need”. I told her to give me in written through
mail. Then she said “Trust me. After your payment, I’ll mail you all the
things”.
I made the payment of Rs 2000/- online on 3 April at 11:06 AM and gave her
the payment no as she said. After that I got no mail and nothing. Even my
amount is not clear. After that I have made several complaint & the ref nos
are 356610953(dated on 08-04-2013), 358812771(dated on 23-04-2013) and
there is no result. Still I am getting mail and phone calls for the
overdue of Rs 1256/- which is very unfortunate, sad and unacceptable for me. Now they are telling me to stop the use of Tata Photon device by paying the bill, which I have already paid and told them to stop repeatedly, otherwise they are going to send legal notice against me. Now I am really very sad to hear this from a customer care executive.
