complaint against not refund the amount.

I have applied through application no-120224 & 120225 with chq no 812010 of Rs 18000 but till today i have not received the card.i have already complain to the company for refund the amount on dt 21.01.13 after a no of call to sales person & company but not refund the same.Today also send a mail after discussions with on tollfree no-18001025123 with Mr Gyanendra for refund.
