complaint against negligence of professional courier personals in andhrapradesh kurnool and dhone

dear sir,
my courier numbered mnt232468 is not despached to reciepient even after one month.it is severe negligence and i am liable to file a case of negligence on professional courier soon. before that i am waiting for 5 days to inform you and await for action.this is in tolerable that even after a month people not delivering the post.and no one responding for my complaints. kindly ask dhone branch to delivery it as soon as possible .

pl do needful
on 31st am filing a case in respected high court of andhrapradesh under grouds of negligence.
