COMPLAINT AGAINST MICROMAX MOBILE

This is Yuvraj Badgandi from Pune I have purchased a Mobile Phone of Micromax model no (A65) on 5th July 2013. After 15 days later it got hanged and thereafter it was dead. Then I was submit this phone on 1stAugest 2013 to Kavya enterprises Pune service station and there are checked it and said will return you after 15 days. After 15 days service station people said this handset is faulty company decided to replacement of upgraded mobile A92 but you can wait for another 15 days. then I agree for that but they are every 15 days they are given me next date. I had call to customer service several time but did not get proper reply from that. After three month later they are try to given replacement as A62.otherwise you can take repaired old phone.
I have a written receipt from the service station stating that I will get a replacement which I haven’t received yet.

Kindly request you please solve my problem to taken replacement of upgraded mobile phone from the Micromax otherwise refund my money.
