Complaint against Micromax for worst Service

Hi Team, I had purchased Micromax Canvas Doodle ( A111 ) on 03rd Nov 2013 from Vijay sales ? Ghatkopar. After purchasing the same within 10 days it got some battery issue so I had to take the same to Ghatkopar Service Center ? United Technologies and they told me to submit the handset since the entire Motherboard needs to be replaced so I had submitted my handset on 18th Nov 2013 at United Technologies – Micromax Service Center at Ghatkopar and I have still not received my handset back. It’s been more than 80 days now and I am without any handset. I tried contacting Micromax at their Customer Care Number at 18605008286 many time and they just kept giving me false hope that your handset will be delivered to you within few days and have given me a complaint number ? 0312131600 and everytime I call them then they ask me to wait for 7 to 10 days and I have been waiting for this 7 to 10 days around 6 times altogether. Can you please help me over here. Please find my below details.

    Description of case: Company not returning my new mobile A116 submitted vide job sheet no. N040720-214-8265291

    I had given mobile Model no. A116 on 22-nov-2013 in all new condition without any defect in my mobile vide job sheet no. N040720-1113-6551339 for software upgrade and for screen change, later on same day in evening I visited service center and said only upgrade software in mobile and give it back without changing screen. They said collect you’re mobile on next day morning. I visited service center on 24th Nov 2013 for collection of mobile, they said during software upgrade your mobile got corrupted and damaged and not able to repair the same hence we have forwarded the same to our head office for new mobile. From then onwards i m regularly visiting for my mobile but every time they are saying we are arranging the same.
    I am regularly calling Micromax service center no. 0120-4552907, Rahul (service center In-charge)-9871791731 and Kapil-7836064072 but they are only fooling me every time. Mr. Rahul who is in charge is making me wait for 40-45 minutes every time I visited service center and every time at last he was saying that not able to give your mobile back. I am totally fed up from this company and is in mental depression.
    After so many follow ups only for the sake of giving my mobile back, they have given me old mobile saying that this is new set, but this new set making problem on the first day itself as network is not coming in any sim and screen light fluctuating regularly, I visited 3 more times regarding the same and they repaired the set but problem is not resolved, finally after shouting so much they have submitted my set with new Job sheet no. N040720-214-8265291 dated 20-Feb-2014 with defects and Mr. Rahul assured this time also for replacement of the Mobile set. But till now again after my so many follow-ups they have not given my mobile back, they are saying that we are arranging new set again, but no response till now.
    Finally after so many follow-ups Mr. Rahul who is in charge of Noida service center threatens me that we will not give you new mobile either take this old mobile or take it from court where you have filed a complaint.
    I had visited 15 times at this service center till now and still response is same. Really saying I am fed up from the kind of services this company is giving to customers.
    I had already logged complaint in Consumer Forum vide reference number 504605 and sent two letters as per process to service center and to Micromax head office address, but till now no response and not even a single call regarding the same from company.

    Dear Sir,

    This is regarding the job sheet no. N030681-1014-12699095, I have submitted my Micromax A177 at M/s. Vaishno Communication, T-136/1 First Floor, Begumpur, Shivalik Road, Malviya Nagar on 11th October 2014 and today is 19th November 2014 and my phone is still with Micromax service center they are saying contact service centre customer care (18605008286), Micromax is not delivering my mobile. I request you to please help me this issue, because it seems that they are doing nothing to solve the issue.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I purchased micromax Bolt A62 after 9 months. display show lines. I give it to Micromax Service centre with bill(under Warrenty) they told me that Display is not under warrenty. I told ok I pay him 750 in cash. after few days screen show blue. I give to Micromax service Centre Paonta Sahib again. they told him that it has software problem & we will give it to back tommorow evening. I call him but they not pick the phone. after two days he give it another land line no. I call that no it is Lava Service Centre he told me this is display problem. after two days that it has another hardware problem. I cant repaired it. Kindly do the needful and provide my phone in ok condition.

  5. we will give it to back yesturday but i repair again..,,,,,,,,more problams are my ph i call him but they not pick my call after to day no ph disply work priperly n camra and touch screen work properly plzzzzzz give me new ph orrr give my money i Requst you to help me they isssue beg it seems that they are doing nothing to solve the isssue

    This is Vinay Kulkarni from Pune.

    I have purchased Micromax A311 mobile in the month of May-2015.

    Mobile has some issue (getting hang once Net is on & apps are getting auto up loading)

    Regarding this issue I had given mobile for repair on 1st Oct 2015 Job sheet number – W031397-1015-19503272.

    Got the information mobile has been rectified on 18 Oct 2015 collected Mobile from service center on 19 Oct 2015.

    When I use it observed same issue nothing has been changed only auto app updated has been rectified.

    Once again I had handed over to service center for repair on 24.Oct 2015 Job sheet number W031397-1015-19899610.

    Got the information Mobile is OK on 26. Oct 2015.

    Giving a trust on Service center I had not verified at service center.,as mobile was switch off due to low battery.

    Later once I came to House & cross verified observed that service center person has not even operated the mobile at once & having same issue nothing has been changed.

    From last one month mobile is not getting operated & I have to suffer from many problems.

    Being a customer & investing to gain some thing on investment made on mobile. but due to your poor service I am suffering lot on my day today activity.

    Keeping a faith on Micromax as it is Indian Company & as an Indian we have to look forward to good market for Indian product if such kind of issue repeating then faith on the India Company of such very Poor Service from Service Center / Micromax care will not sustain.

    I will not recommend to buy Micromax Phone to buy any one.

    still looking & keeping hope that problem will be resolve as soon as.

    Your Immediate reaction will help us lot & Hope by the end of the day I will get reply.

    This is regarding the job sheet no. N050133111520264083. I have submitted my Micromax canvas spark q380 at micromax care center sector-16 faridabad. on14 november2015 and today is 21 November 2015 and my phone is still with Micromax service center they are saying contact service centre customer care (18605008286), Micromax is not delivering my mobile. I request you to please help me this issue, because it seems that they are doing nothing to solve the issue.

    I have submitted my cellphone micromax canvas gold to gallary which is in dadar.
    They took more than 32 day for the repairing purpose still i din ‘t got any info abt my cellohone .
    From day 1 there was the prob with the mob network .

    VERY BAD SERVICE BY MICROMAX. THEY NEED 1 MONTH TO REPLACE PART OF MY LED. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE TO WAIT FOR SO MANY DAYS FOR THE PARTS.

It is submitted that I purchased micromax company mobile model No A311 IMEI No : 911407301725409 & 911407301762782 on 13 Apr 2015 for Rs.12300/- from M/s M&N Enterprises, 324A, Main Street Mhow. After completion of 09 months the mobile was hanged and I will report micromax service center i.e Gobal Info Tech at Mhow Cantt and handed over the mobile to service center on 20 Feb 2016 under warranty period vide Job Sheet No N 070303-0216-22035082.

    3. Therefore, I searching this Job sheet status in your website i.e jobstatus.micromaxinfo.com, but website stating that No record found for this Jobsheet, Kindly recheck/ Re-entre Jobsheet no. After 2-3 days service center has intimated to me that A351 mobile arrived instead of A311 and collect the same. I will go to the service center and looked the mobile i.e A351. the mobile is looked as like as locally assembled mobile and I am not satisfied and returned the same to the service center. And also he was intimated that the mobile was assembled by the micromax company with choosing parts from the corrupted mobiles. Company not providing the new mobile.

    4. After that I was made more correspondence with www. micromaxinfo.com through my email address approx 18 messages but not given any fruitful result. and once again i will made the call to constmer care No 1860 500 8286 and discussed with service center agent on 14 May 2016 and he will promised that the mobile to be returned 2 to 3 days but the mobile has not been received till date and he was not co-operate to me.
