   I have mad a compliant regarding service for this provider but there is no response from there end still one week . LS broadband service is worst.

   I have given report two days back and still the connection problem is not resolved. I would have called them almost 15 times, during theses two days. once in every 10 days, some or the other problem comes with this service. Mostly his switch will give problems. I told them many time either to change the switch or arrange two alternate paths. but still they dont bother. I am planning to remove it and want to suggest all my neighbours in the apartment to remove this connection. Worst service.

   Location/place: Hyderabad, Vansathalipuram

   Name of company/service: LS Broadband Pvt. Ltd.

   This is regarding of LS Broadband internet
   provider which is located at Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad. I have taken net connection from the above said net provider IN ADVANCE PAID FOR SIX MONTH PACAGE since last 6 months and facing problems in accessing the net very frequently, most of the time net is not working, when i call the customer care to log on my complaint, they don’t even try to understand the customer problem and they don’t respond properly as if they are providing free service. From the time of the complaint, it takes them 5 to 6 hours minimum to solve the issue. In a month overall the net lost will be 7 to 10 day. But still they are taking charging for the whole month and also being rude to the customers.
   I kindly request you to take necessary action against the service providers and raise this complaint so that other customer get to know about this service providers.

   i am facing similar problems with L S Broadband . i complained them a couple of times and their only response is sending the technician . nothing gets resolved . i dont have any disconnection issues but the speed is very fluctuating . i was promised 1MBps but it comes to only 100-256 Kbps . this will be may last month . i have contacted beam cable . i am shifting to them if the problem is not rectified . if anyone facing similar complaint , may be we can form a group and talk to them . they wont listen to a single person but no business person will be foolish enough to lose a group of customers .

   well this buggers always screw me up,its not even loading my emails and ol games and the speed what they promised me is 4mbps even a GPRS conection on mobile seems to be faster than this crappy LS broadband
   hope somebody takes an action against this stupids

    bakwas network..they raise complaints and close them without resolving. Fed up raising complains with this stupid provider. They don’t even have shame to respond even after seeing a serious of complaints raised and having it not resolved. Really really fed up with LS vansthalipuram. I really meant.

    I read all the complients and even i also faced all the said problems. This is 200% True. And alredy i have sent legal notice and compliented Vansathilipuram police station. I Would request you all also please give written complient in the police station. They are very responsive.

    i took the new connection from l s broadband vanasthalipuram .at 1st marketing executive said within 3 days u’l get the connection, now it is a week he did’
    nt even show up at my residence . i called him twice a day , he said” today it i’l b done””today it’l b done” from last 4 days and in turn his behaviour was rude with me.
    even though complaining in consumer forum is also a waste of time they are never going to take action.
    but i would suggest my friends not to take new connections with this provider “waste of time,waste of money”.

    Recently I have taken connection from LS Broadband. Since 1 week I am complaining daily and there is no response from that side. Really I am fed-up with this connection(LS Broadband).
    I suggest sincerely do not take connection from LS broad band who are cheating customers.

    I am struggling since last one month regarding net problems, when ever i am calling they will ask check now, that means no body is taking care of services, i think that these type of issues are not taking to the management notice or management is not interested, any how only one thing they are monitoring that is money. One of their employee Mr.Manjunath given assurence that this type of issues will not repeat, hope he will do it

    I too faced a problem with this service provider. I was out of station and told them I will pay when i come back to hyderabad online. I have tried to pay the same online but due to disconnectivity of internet, i could not do it. I then, contacted their customer care and requested them to RESTORE THE INTERNET AND I WILL PAY THE RENEW FEE AND IF YOU DONT RECEIVE PAYMENT WITHIN 10 MINUTES, YOU CAN DISCONNECT THE INTERNET, which they did not honour and moreover they sent their collection boy to collect the hard money. I posed them a question, “if I calculate the downtime of their service’ will you pay me back the money for the downtime period?? These fellow are just doing business with lesser ethics.
    Servicewise also, whenever there is problem, they will response only after 6-8 hours time. (if it after 8pm, then only next day response )

    Do not take LS BROADBAND connection, Customer Support is worst, they do not even have 1% of Technical Knowledge and they are worst on Calls.. I guess bunch oof losers are working together.     THIS IS THE WORST OF WORST SERVICE.
    FREQUENTLY SERVICE IS BADLY EFFECTING BY AIR WIND RAIN AND LIGHT
    HENCE THEY ARE NOT ATTENDING.WHEN THERE IS A NEED OF INTERNET, DEFINITELY IT WONT WORK. IF YOU CALL THEM THEY WILL JUST REGISTER THE COMPLAINT. NOTHING MORE THAN THAT THEY DO. WITHOUT CONFIRMING FROM CUSTOMER. THEY CLOSE THE COMPLAINT.
    MY SUGGESTION IS DONT GO FOR LS BROAD BAND.

    What I suggest is, just cut their cables if any, passes near to ur house, this the best way to teach these buggers
