I have paid Rs50000 for two years. But there was no communication from KOtak life for revival of policy. In the month of June 2012 I received a letter from the company asking for PAN card details and when I visited the branch, they told me that your policy has foreclosure and cannot be revived. I wrote request letter trice and also ready to pay premium for the remaining period still they are not replying.
Kindly Look into the matter and do the needful.
