Dear Sirs,I am Gaurav Doshi from Vadodara.I purchased my new HTC Wildfire phone a year ago.Due to repeated problems with the device i had to submit my phone to service centres many times.Last time i submitted my device to vadodara based HTC service center on 26th of JUNE and the phone was in warranty when i sumitted my device to the service station.After repeated follow ups i was informed that i was going to get a new replacement device.Expected date as per offocial statement was 10th July but today on 4th August I still havent received my device back.They are repeatedly giving me false commitments and keep on promising various dates.My contact id is [email protected] and number is 08000270504.Please help me to find a solution ,I even asked for refund but they are not processing the refund also.
