Name of company/service: TATA croma the electronic mega store
I purcahsed a digital camera model No M580 on my son name Ayush Singh Rawat from TATA corma the electronic mega store on 09 Apr 11 at Fort. The original warranty has expired on 09 Apr 12. Now,it is in the extended warranty period. I has paid extra Rs 250/- for one year extension under their advice.Now, the camera is facing a technial problem and I went to the croma thrice in two days dt 20 & 21 Apr 12. They avoided me by saying “our staffs are is on leave”. on 21 Apr 12 I called Mumbai corma centre regarding the problem which I faced. Then they accepted my camera of 21 Apr 12. 15 days later on 08 May 12 I reminded them regarding my camera they replied that they would call me and not call. Then I registered a compliat in Mumbair croma head office at Adheri Complaint No 42307 dt 08 May 2012 on office phone No 022-61272161 regarding enquiry about my cemra. After that they called me two times in two week to take my camera after repair. But after checking, it is still not working properly.
Sir, I am fed up with the service of TATA croma the electronic mega store and request you to kindly look in the matter so that justice is meted out to me.
