Disgusting………..really Disgusting……
I booked a courier (Consignment no- K56735951) from Guwahati to Pune on 25th July, 2012. Surprisingly, the packet has not been delivered to the recipient till date. Today on 4th August,2012 after having passed 10days from booking date, The employees of Pune dtdc do not show any interest to deliver the parcel. Moreover, when the recipient person reached their Baner Dtdc office,(Add: Shop no-11, Aditi Mall, near Food Bazar, Near Chaka Chak Dry cleaners, Baner Road, Baner-45) on both 1st & 2nd Aug , the irresponsible and shameless employee refused to handover the packet and asked him to come before 6 p.m which was impossible for him due to his office-hours. when I called them from Guwahati on 1st Aug in morning, the ill-mannered person informed me rudely that their boy would deliver the packet on that day itself. but no action…afterwards, i called them thousand times to inquire about it, but they didn’t pick up the land-line phone (020-25365032) and did switch-off their mobile no (09225560510). Is this the way to behave with the customers? Did we pay high charges money just to get this kind of behavior and mental harassment? I know there is no use of putting a complaint against DTDC courier in this website. Last year also, i put a complaint against another courier company, but no action was taken against that incident. My effort went in vein. But still as a responsible Indian citizen. i have done my work. Rest is yours.
