complaint against dishtv hd

i taken 1 year hd pack(for 6000) in jan 5th 2012 to jan 3rd 2013 at that time they told me there r 45 hd channels for one year in ur pack now they stopped travelxp hd, zee studio hd and zee cinema hd. now they are asking me to pay 100 per month to get the channels
