complaint against Dishtv

I booked a DishTV Setup Box online on 01-Nov-2012 at Rs 990, The engineer had installed the devise at my residence on 04-Nov-2012 i paid him 350rs installation charge. and i was told it will get activated in next 24 hours. I am calling the Customer Support Desk on daily basis but still its not activated. They keep on telling me it will get activated in next 24 Hours but still the service is not activated.

I will request you to look into this matter and accept my complaint against DishTV for not providing me proper service. I will be very grateful to you.
