Location/place: pune hinjewadi

Name of company/service: blue dart courier service

Dear sir,

theHDFC credit crad shipment no 42973858572 couriered at 10 tha apr.
the courier guy does not bring the
courier to my office address simply telling lie date of 12 th ur not available and waiting since 2 days
they r not delivered to my office /home address when i call the customer care ask her about my courier the lady misbehave me and i told her to complaing against bluedart if u r not deliver my courier today and the lady said that u can … we never fear consumer forum… sir kindly help me out otherwise it may misuse my credit card…

    hi,
    Consumer should take a necessary action against the care, if any strict action can’t be taken against them, then they become fearless & incident like this will increase in future, which in-turn make the loss to consumer & demolish their rights for better service.
