I was ordered a new sofa set to above Firm on 3/2/13. They are delivered the same so many delay after repeated telephonic reminder. During delivery it was found that the sofa set is not making as per order which is clearly mentioned in order form and some defective are found.When it was intimated them they are comitted to repair the defective parts and full fil the shortage within a couple of week and ask me to paid the full by handed over to driver of the vehicle. After that I want to contact above firm but they did not responed. the
