Dear Sir
This mail is against the samsung employees for not providing the right direction as well as correct information. I provide u the details of samsung employees which i have talked earlier. Firstly i talked to priya she said talk to customer care najafgarh to the head Mr. Aakash & tell the whole story for his knowledge. Then i talked to Mr. Abhinandan he said u will get a reply phone call with in 24 hrs against ur mail, but i received a call when again i called in samsung care after 48 hrs & talked to preeti then she assured that i would receive a call till evening, & then i get a call from Mr. Atul gupta after discussed all the matter he replied in favour of samsung care saying its the system.
Now i give u a brief discussion of my complaint.
Dear Sir
My phone fell down in water after that it gets problem in touch, then i went to customer care in najafgarh, new delhi. There firstly they asked for Rs 1300 after two three days they asked for Rs 3000/ saying the problem is with mother board, i agreed to them with one condition that return my defected motherboard that is replaced with the new one.
When they returned they break down the mother board in two pieces saying it is samsung policy, I told them you should have inform me before breaking this, then they started giving meaning less excuses.
Looking this situation I have doubt they have charged more in respect to the problem had with the mobile. So, it’s my request to the court to take action against them, cross-check what they have done in reality.
If I didn’t get a positive feedback then I will assume that a general person can’t do anything can’t live in this country. If the court pressurise them then they will check the defected piece as well as the new motherboard of the my mobile for the purpose what they have done in reality.
Please help, if i didn’t get response then the aam aadmi is going to die.
