Respected sir,

This conducter has slapped without any reason. I was just not aware about of the ticket and when he has came to me then I given him money of ticket then he has slapped me and its a criminal offense this conductor should be taught some general rules that how to behave with the traveller.
I will make this legal, how can he slap a common citizen as I am not aware of all the things happening in the bus as I am listening the songs. No one has authority of slapping anybody and this conductor is non sense. I am giving the bus details and if this is not sorted out then I will see all the Chandigarh Transport in the court. Take a strict action against this conductor and reply to me what action is taken against this conductor. I am also attaching the image of the conductor. If the action is not taken against this then I will go to court regarding this and the higher authorities will have to face this because of a uneducated and offensive conductor.Here are the details of the bus and conductor:

Very Worst Service in CTU bus 242 Number. Always Reached in Late in Bus stop. Driver and Condutor is not Coporative. Always Miss there on 5 time with whole day.

Today, 14 June 2024, CTU Bus : 240, Bus no. CH-01-GA-5071, Start from Mata Mansa Devi 10:00 AM, Bus color – Red.
I go to sector 30 Market, And I am only one who goes to 30. Bus conductor take me 2 tickets while I am one. when I told him, He behave like agressive person. Conductor Told me “Get-out from Bus”.
Conductor misbehaved with me.
I request to CTU, Please take strict action against conductor for Future.
