Dear management,
This is with reference to a complaint against cinemax theatre located in vashi galleria mall.
on 17th july I and my husband Sundeep singh kandhari bought two tickets of movie COCKTAIL for Rs 180 each.
The show timings for the movie was 10.30 pm . The movie started around 10.45 pm and we were shocked to see that the same movie was completed At 11.45 pm.
The movie statrted from interval and got end in one hour.It was so short that the people managing there had cut all songs of movie .There was no interval during the show because they started it from interval itself..
Only one song JUGNI was played by the management.Rest all songs of movie cocktail was cut by the people in cinemax mall.
I am really suprised how can we fool people by cutting half of the movie scenes,song so that the movie is short and we can end up before time. We have paid the entire money for seeing this movie.I want to mark a complaint that when we take money from public we dont hav any right to play the movie as per our comforts. Its our responsibilty to show them the entire movie.
In just one hour we end this movie and fool people. all songs were cut,scenes were cut. We pay our hard core money to watch movie and we get fool and come home almost four hundred for movie and half movie to watch .zhow can the people there do this with public.I need my refund for the same asap….please help for the same .Request you to take this matter seriously as we are customer and when we get fool by paying money we get angry…i need help
