complaint against bussafar.com ( ONE STOP SHOP COMPANY )

Respected Sir,
I am SHARAD THAKKAR. I am Distributor of OSS, my BP code 00001872. I have booked bus ticket through bussafar.com. From Ahmadabad to nathdawara, of DT 21.06.12. Booking dot 20.06.12.
Eagle travels, while booking it was showing time 6.30 am. When I booked ticket time of departure was 5.55 am. I call to coustermer care of OSS; they gave me the phone no of eagle travels Ahmadabad. I had contact with eagle travels. That the passenger is coming from Mumbai In duranto train so that they will touch at 6.00am to Ahmadabad. So please change boarding to near station road they refuse that our bus does not take any stop nearly station road, and you can chek that we give time of 5.55 am on our website. We don’t know what OSS is showing. Then also the opreter call my coustermer at 5.45am that our bus is ready to depart if you can reach come soon other we will not wait for any passenger.
Next day I complaint to OSS coustermer care, complaint no is JYX161489. To jasmine madam. She said that we have forward this complain when every we will get reply we will refund you. After every two I make enquiry I was reply that we forwarded we every get reply we will call you. I had given my all contact no. but from 20 day I am getting same reply.
Now Sir you request to look in matter and advice me what to do about careless company. Ant other matter is why OSS railway booking desktop is not working?
