complaint against bus conductor

sir on dated 25/08/2013 my son Mr Mohit {who is 17 yers and student of B Tech) sit in ctu bus from nadaun to chandigrh about 12.15pm route baijnath to chandigarh.At masheh khud near chamukha he asked to conductor to give me ticket and give him the one thousand note but conductor says give me two hundred in change and refuse to take the one thousand note.He put down from the bus in masheh khud a Deseret place. Sir feel his mental position when conductor put him down from the bus.I have already lodged the complaint to Sh KK Sharma IAS but till to date i have not received any response.Kindly take necessary action against the same and also update the status of my complaint in my id [email protected] .Thanking you,

    Sir, Today ie on 02-12-2018 I along with my son was standing at Tootikandi shimla waiting for bus for Solan around 1530 hrs. In the meantime CTU bus came and asked conductor that can we board bus for solan. He refused for same in spite of the fact that there were about 10 seats laying vacant. These are the reasons that govt owned public transports are in loss. We suffered problems for waiting for next bus as my son has examination and he has to prepare for exam. Regards
