Sir, I am a serving soldier in the Indian Army. I purchased a new SIM card of BSNL Jai Jaawan scheme. I want to know about some information about the scheme. At the first time when I called to BSNL customer care number 1503 phone attended and it was un expectedly disconnected. After that any of the customer care executives are not attending phone. The option for “transfering your call to our customer care executives” is coming and after that they hold my phone till one hour. after that I called for five or six times but happening the same. You may please be requested to solve this issue as I use my phone without any doubt.
