I HAVE A WATER DISPENSER OF BLUE STAR, MY MACHINE IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD BUT IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, SO I REGISTERED A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE COMPANY IN THEIR COSTUMER CARE . THEY SENT A ENGINEER NAME MR. PARTH THE ENGINEER TOLD ME THE PROBLEM, AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE WILL SHORT OUT MY PROBLEM WITHIN 2 DAYS BUT AFTER 15 DAYS STILL I AM WAITING FOR HIS REPLY, BEFORE 4 DAYS I CALLED HIM ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND HE USED THE ABUSING LANGUAGE TO ME. PLEASE SHORT OUT MY PROBLEM.
