Name of company/service: Bharti Airtel Ltd
We are AASMA REALTY SOLUTIONS ,, our company is a customer of Bharti Airtel ltd,
we are having corporate mobile connections of airtel,,
but now a days airtel is troubling me a lot, i am making regular payments but they are not updating it to their database and making regular calls to me for the recovery of payment that i have already made,,
please provide me with the a help to sort out this matter, as i am not getting any help from Airtel
I have also requested for the company name change before three months but i didn’t got my request solved,,,
i have requested for the disconnection of 2 nos. , for which now also i am receiving bills,,
nobody is helping me from airtel customer care department,,, all my efforts are going in vein,, i am trying to contact airtel customer care for three months but they are not giving me the solution, instead they take time to resolve my query, of 48 hours-72 hours after every 4-5 days,, and doing like this three months are paased out.
please help me.
