Complaint against Bharat Gas

I had applied for a new connection with “Aye Shree gas service, Rajendra Park, Ahmedabad” and have paid a sum amount of 8500 on 20th Dec 2012.

As per promised, I was suppose to get connection witin a week. However, till date, the only thing which I have recived is fake dates of cylinder being delivered.

Out of my busy scheduled, I have visited sevral times but they are stating that their printer is not working and is not able to generate a receipt.

I am now without a gas cylinder and still don’t know when they will be providing me with one. I have receipt of the amount being payed.

If anyone can guide me further, I would be grateful.
