Complaint Against Autobhan Nerul Navi Mumbai

My car met with an accident on November 20th 2013. I got it to a condition where it could be driven and got it picked by Authbhan (Volkswagen workshop) at Nerul Mumbai. I also complained about some malfunction indicator on Dashboard.
It was diagnosed as leakage in Hosepipe. It took more than three weeks for them to replace the hosepipe as it had to come from Germany. This is exactly what company representative told me. For three weeks they did not process my Insurance claim for accident. Finally when I went to their workshop I filled the insurance claim form on December 6th 2013. The survey happened on December 9th 2013. However I was told that insurance company needs a detailed explanation from me on the reason for delay.. I was promised by both the surveyor and representative of Autobhan that they would send me e-mail id of the surveyor. However till today I have not got the email.
For last three weeks I do not have Vehicle and I am forced to spend on Taxi. So far I have spent close to Rs. 50000 on taxi. My offices are in Nariman point, Mahape and I stay at Sion. The other details are given below:-
