It has been more than a 10 month We have not received the full and final amount. A cancellation form With all original document has been submitted on 4th Feb-2012 at the builders okhla office. Also it was given in Written that the amount Will be refunded With in 6 months from the date of cancellation. However not a single amount is being transferred to us.
I have visited your Okhla office around 10 times from the past 6 months . Because my mother is suffering from lung cancer and we are in a need of money .I approached several occasion but with no success. The only thing that they told me come at 21st Oct then 20th of Nov, then DEC-2012 and now Jan-2013 also gone no money refunded till date.Money is the need of hour for us but you have have proved my father wrong that you will refund the money.
