Dear Concern,
Below is the copy of mail which i have sent on 8th of august against the complain Of urekaForbes not providing services even after putting request so many times.
When i sent below mail on 8th of august to the customer care of urekaforbes for the complain against the AMC which they have charged but not providing services against that,i received a call on from UrekaForbeson on 10th of aug that they are providing service next day,today is 14th august and no one came for the service till date.
Below is the issue and copy of mail.

Dear Customer Care Team,
We have installed aquagaurd in 2011 Oct,in the month of December 2012 we have taken AMC worth rupees 1360 for one year(22/12/2012 to 21/12/2013).
We have called for routine service and checkup in the month of June-2013 to Mr. Gautam(9891127752) who has issued AMC contract and assured us for the best service,but no one came for the service.
Again we called him second time in the month of July-2013 for the necessary service since it is almost more than 7 month using the aquagaurd without servicing.
But we have not received any response from Mr.Gautam,every time we called he said it will get done in two days but we have not received any response after that.
Now we just want know we have paid amount for AMC in advance but till date we have not received any kind of services against it,the amount which we paid is just waste for us as we are not receiving any services and it was not expected such a reputed name like UREKAFORBES.
If company like Urekaforbes is not able to provide services then why should they charge for the AMC, In future i will never choose urekaforbes product and not even refer to any one.
This is my first and last complain after that i will approach to the consumer forum.
