I am writing with reference to the electronic device tab having company named Ambrane with IMEI number 911245500006118 that was purchased from Jagdamba Mobiles c/o 15, Vikas Bazaar, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India on 14th day of January, 2013 with bill serial no. 8690. In the month of March, 2013 this above mentioned tab started creating problem such as connectivity issues with the charging port. Please note that as per the terms and conditions, the company claimed 06 months of warranty to us at the time of purchasing. Please note that after the problem observed by me and other user of same from my family, I took this tab to the Ambrane customer service center of Nehru place c/o 90, 1st floor, Mansarovar, Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019, India; they immediately did some servicing of same and return me back by explaining that the problem has been sorted from their end and I found the same ok at that instant of time. Further, about one month after the servicing of tab, this device again starts creating problem connectivity issues as mentioned above along with reduced battery backup. Once again after observing the problem, the same has been taken to the Ambrane Customer Care at Nehru place of above mentioned address. At that instance of time, when the device was handed over to the manager of customer care he gave some non-sense technical explanations to us and returned me back. Due to lack of time and busy work schedule, I was not in condition to argue with the Manager of the customer care and planned to come again after some time. On 29th day of June 2013, again I went to the customer care and started arguing with the manager by explaining all the problem of the device. He immediately issued the job card and same was handled to me explaining that we are changing change the battery and shall improve all the problems faced by you since March, 2013. After I received the device from the Manager explained that we have improved the problem and changed the battery, but the battery appeared to be defective one with no proper battery backup. The Manager asked again that the problem was sorted, same non sense explanation again that person started. We argued about the condition of battery and other relevant information that one customer requires from the company and no such information was mentioned on the replaced battery. We asked to the manager about the copy of job card, but the copy was not issued to us. In view of this, arguments were started from our end and at last he agrees to issue a copy of job card to us. Now we are using this device and found that no problems had been sorted out from the customer care of Ambrane. When there were no doors to sort out the problem, I am writing to the Consumer Court as we are facing lots of harrassment and insufficient customer services from the Ambrane company and decided not to recommend any electronic goods of this company to anyone in future. Now I want either my money to be returned or replace the tab or improve all the problems of the tab including the replacement of battery of same whichever is applicable. Please do the needful at the earliest possible as the warranty of 04th July 2013.the tab provided by the company is 6 months from the date of purchase which is due on
