same here, took a post paid connection from param communication on 13oct12, till 20oct12 it has not been activated. concerned person – Amit either does not pick the phone or simply asks to contact airtel. I was promised activation within 2 days.

1).CALL ON 198 AND GET YOUR COMPLAIN NUMBER (REQUIRED) AND REMEMBER THE MOBILE NUMBER FROM WHICH YOU ARE REGISTERING THE COMPLAIN.
2). THEN CALL ON NODAL CARE BETWEEN 10AM TO 6PM FOR DELHI NO. IS 9818334865…
3).NOW REGISTER YOUR COMPLAIN.
ITS BETTER THAT YOU HAVE SUFFICIENT PROOVES….LIKE VOICE RECORDING AND AT LEAST PAYMENT RECIEPTS…
Param Communication is a Fraud DSA of Airtel. Manish Aggarwal is running this firm and doing fraud with people. They don’t have any office in Okhla Delhi. They are located at Sahibabad Ghaziabad. They usually change their office from one place to other. The present address of Param Communication is B-79, SHYAM PARK EXTENSION, SAHIBABAD GHAZIABAD. AND their present working number is 9818991989 and 9250568047.
Param Communication is a frenchisee of AIRTEL but the Param Communication service is WORST more than enough. The representative of Param Communication Mr. Parkash Singh Mob No. 9650510928, 9560002471 collected the documents on 25.03.14 from my place and out of three No. One mob. No. is not processed for PORT till now. Several times called but they are not ready to listen and cut the phone. Moreover they are not telling the reason why Mob.No is not still processed from MTNL to AIRTEL POSTPAID.
I have change my prepaid connection to postpaid. and the payment had been made Rs 250 as security paid on 05/01/2015 to your field executive Rajesh – 9818107205, and customer care executive who had sale the plan whos name was Ravi Singh :- 9958643386 and the plan that was mentioned on registration form or it may called other name is as bellow wide cash memo no 4375.
1.) Local Minutes – 200
2.) STD Minutes – 270
3.) SMS – 200 (L+N)
4.) 3G Data – 270 MB
5.) Complementry 3G Data – 500 MB for 3 Months
but the plan is not provided by your Verification Dept or customer care.
Please provide resolution for same as earli basis.
