I was using the Airtel Boradband connection. I got the bill of Rs 1241 after i terminated the connection. My connection was terminated on 30th Nov. However in the bill, they had billed till 12th Dec. So i contacted the collection team from airtel and they told me to make a payment of Rs 1100. I made the payment of Rs 1100 by cheque.
Here is the detail of the cheque:

Airtel Account No – 7005471124
Cheque No – 282791, HDFC Bank
Amount – 1100/-
Date – 25-02-2013
Place of dropping the Cheque – Airtel Outlet, Berhampur, Orissa, 760001.
The payment is made and it is showing in my account statement as well.
However i am still getting calls from Airtel that the bill is still pending. I have told so many times that i have paid the bill and provided the above details, but still they are saying that the bill is outstanding.
