Complaint against Airtel Broadband over bill payment

Location/place: BANGALORE

Name of company/service: BHARATI AIRTEL LIMITED

I was using the Airtel Boradband connection. I got the bill of Rs 1241 after i terminated the connection. My connection was terminated on 30th Nov. However in the bill, they had billed till 12th Dec. So i contacted the collection team from airtel and they told me to make a payment of Rs 1100. I made the payment of Rs 1100 by cheque.
Here is the detail of the cheque:

Name – Sankar Kumar Panigrahy.
Airtel Account No – 7005471124
Cheque No – 282791, HDFC Bank
Amount – 1100/-
Date – 25-02-2013
Place of dropping the Cheque – Airtel Outlet, Berhampur, Orissa, 760001.

The payment is made and it is showing in my account statement as well.
However i am still getting calls from Airtel that the bill is still pending. I have told so many times that i have paid the bill and provided the above details, but still they are saying that the bill is outstanding.

    plz send the bill for the landline phone no 080-41328538 immediatly . Why you stop the physical bill sending plz reply . I do not know how is the bill amount

    dear sir/madam .
    i am a air tel internet customer, i have lodged a complaint in the middle of march that is march 20th the
    internet is not connecting (or) working to air tel customer care. in may 22nd only they attend the complaint and the problem recover from may 22nd evening 6pm only , but i received the bill for that period ,
    and i am continuously receiving the bill from that period,
    i cannot pay the bill without using the net, so until you reduce the bill amount for that month
    i will not pay any bill . if you want you cant disconnect the connection .
