Complaint Against Airtel Broadband

Sir,
My Airtel Broadband Connection was Installed
on 23/06/2010. Customer Enrollment No. 617042.
Monthly Package was Rs. 499/- from time to time
amount was increased by the company. Several
times without informing me.

From the very start I am deposting my bll every
month regularly.

The last bill I deposited was Rs. 670/- as on 26-09-2013
but inspite of my paying the bill regularly
Company Disconnected My No. 01814613398
without any information. I Called Customer Care
many times that there is no bill is pending against
this connection why this No. has been disconnected
by the company.

Now the Company is demanding Rs. 3474/-
the service has been disconnected for the last four months.

So there is no amount due against this No.
So I request you to stop harrasing me,
otherwise i will go to the consumer court.

Please stop sending the persons for recovery at my shop.

However if there any particular bill is pending,
When the service was running I am ready to pay.
