Complaint against airtel.

I switched to airtel from vodafone a month ago, because airtel gives advertise that airtel is the fastest network. Now I am using airtel mobile no. 8238357449 since last month and I am paying money for 4G speed but don’t get speed, even some times I not able to connect to 3G network. And I stuck in airtel because before 3 months I can’t port my number. My complaint is ” I want my money back which i gave to airtel for 4G speed and also block the advertisement they give that airtel is fastest 4G network “
