I am using a airtel prepaid connection.
I made a combo pack recharge of 111 Rs on 4th august after refferring the poster pasted on the retailers shop. Before making a recharge he confirmed me that it is recent one. After doing a recharge, I received a confirmation message mentioning the benifits as – “111local min+222mb2G+333L&Nsms with 15 day validity”. However the validaity mentioned on the brochure was 30 days..When I enquired about the same with the retailer he said, we have no control over it.
When I contacted Call center, they told me rudely saying weswer me what benifit i have received from 111 Rs. Neither the taktime nor the claimed offer.If they don’t have such offer. The person transfered the to his senior, however he simply disconnected the call saying we can not do anything as we don’t have such offer. He could not anIf they don’t have such offer how did I receive the msg with the details but the less validity.How they can publish this false offer thrugh their brochure.
Please let me know what benifit I have received from Rs 111. As i could not see any benifit asa my balance doesn’t show the increase so please refund back my credit.
Request you take a serious action against the retailer (Shiv Communications, Chinchwad) who is not capable of explaining the right offer to the customer.Another action aginst the people of call center who were not aware about how to handles these greviances and mainly against AIRTEL for cheating the customer with wrong info.
