My name is Manvika Pal. I bayed a sony ereaction mobile from naptol.com. they delivered me a defective product.i send it back for replacement. now its being more than a month they have not send me a new product.They are making a fool of customers.I have paid them Rs.9,289 and i have bill also. i want my money back. what should i do now. Kindly help me.
