This is with reference to new complaint of my NEW LCD TV. Complaint Number. THA0108100319.
Last time in because of too many complaints of my CRT TV I paid videocon Extra amount and bought new LCD TV on 12/09/2009.
Now 20days back I again had to log a complaint because of fault in LCD. All call centre executives are useless and providing worst service. Names I talked with Pallavi, Rohit & Prem. They are just transferring the calls to each other. For last 20 days I wasted so many calls to call call centre. Engineer visited my home but he told me I don’t have spare part now will come later.
And when I called your engineer JOSEPH he replied me don’t call me I can’t do any thing.
This is a quality of service and product videocon is providing. For 1month my TV is not woking and I wated my money and time behind calling call centre. It is really disguisting. Products of other companies are not getting so many problems like this.
